- Page 2 Assembly Procedures: Step 1. 1). Assemble the stool on a flat,soft surface such as a carpet or cloth to prevent scratching the finish. 2). Turn the stool (P1) upside down and lay on protective carpet . Hand-tighten and secure the leg to the seat with screws (H1) and Allen Wrench (H2), as shown.
