• 603 and 604 Decks: Use the hardware shown in
Figure 11 and Figure 12. Install the blocker plate
to the outside of the deck using 3/8-16 x 1 1/4
inch carriage bolt and 3/8 inch flanged nyloc nut.

Installing the Blower Assembly
1.
Use Figure 13 to determine the mounting pin
location in the blower frame and secure with a roll
pin.

Slip the belt over the impeller sheave on the blower.
Note: It may be easier to install the belt if the belt
guide is temporarily shifted to one side or temporarily
removed. Either loosen or remove both nuts on the
top and bottom of the belt guide. Once the belt is
