3. MOUNTING THE CART PANELS

Installation:
•
Attach the cart back panel to the rear support legs of the cart, and
secure the inside edges using eight screws: one screw in each corner,
two on the bottom-middle, and two on the top-middle.
•
Attach the one cart side panel to the side support legs of the cart
using four screws: one in each corner. Repeat for other cart side panel.
NOTE: Once installed, the exterior of the cart panels are flush with
the support legs and bottom shelf.
4. INSTALLING THE CART TO THE MAIN GRILL

Installation:
•
Lay the main grill on its side, hopper end pointed upward, on the
cardboard. Place the cart next to the main grill and ensure the cart legs
are pointed towards brace of the main grill frame. Note illustration 4A.

Insert the assembled cart into the main grill brace, and secure each leg
to the brace using four screws (#A) for each support leg. Repeat same
installation for the other three support legs. Note illustration 4B. To
ease installation of the final side, and using a second person, carefully
turn the grill to lie on its back to secure the last four screws (#A) to the
main barrel brace.

Once the cart is secured, position the grill onto its side (hopper end
pointed upward), then carefully lift (using a second person again) the
grill up to an upright position with the wheels on the bottom.
IMPORTANT: Lock caster wheels before lifting grill to upright position.

Last, align the cart inside panel with the holes on the center of the
bottom shelf, on the interior of the cabinet. Secure the cart inside
panel to the bottom shelf and cart back panel (from the inside of the
cart) using four screws (#B) , then secure the top edge to the main grill
brace using two screws (#B). Note illustration 4C.
