Bad reception.
Dust or near objects that
reflect the IR light.
Video stream fails with exist-
ing settings.
The camera works with active
PoE equipment (48V) and not
with passive (24V) PoE equip-
ment.

Place the camera within
Wi-Fi range (see "Installa-
tion tips")*.

Set the camera to HD
quality. In the app, go to
"Advanced settings
è Video quality
è Primary (HD) viewing
(turn ON)".
Turn off the IR.

Use additional night lights.

Change respective setting,

Adjust the "JPEG
