    Chapter 1 Introduction CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION 6241 Mainboard utilizes the latest Intel 440BX chipset which can support both 66MHz and 100MHz Front Side Bus Intel CPUs. It also has the optional built-in Yamaha YMF 724/740 3D PCI sound chip. The Yamaha YMF 724/740 sound chip is using PCI interface which allows your computer to perform 3D stereo sound.

The SETUP program is stored in the Read-Only-Memory (ROM) on the mainboard. To do the SETUP procedure, press the <Del> key when the system is booting up.
