Solution
Use a different music source.
Pair a different iOS or Android device (see "Bluetooth Setup").
Disconnect the second device.
Move the iOS or Android device closer to the hearing aids and
away from interference or obstructions.
Clear any debris or wax from the hearing aid Ear Tips.
Check hearing aids are fully charged using the Charge Case light
indications (see "Charge Case Lights Explained")
Ensure hearing aids are powered on.
Increase the World Volume of the hearing aid in the IQbuds app
.
Power off the hearing aid and then power on.
Charge the hearing aids in the Charge Case if battery is flat.
Recharge the Charge Case.
Make sure the hearing aid is at room temperature, between 50˚F
to 104˚F (10˚C to 40˚C). If your hearing aid has been exposed to
high or low temperatures, let the hearing aid return to room
temperature and then try charging again.
Securely attach the Ear Tips to the hearing aids (see "Experiment
with Different Size Ear Tips").
Purchase replacement silicone Ear Tips from Nuheara's Online
Store via www.nuheara.com.
Purchase Memory Foam Ear Tips from Comply's Online Store at
https://www.complyfoam.com/products/t-160/
Decrease World Volume.
Make sure your hearing aid Ear Tips fit and seal securely.
Practice listening to new sounds and talking on your own or with
a trusted partner in a familiar environment before using hearing
aids for conversation with others.
Try adjusting the World Volume
Try a different Ear Tip size or type (silicone or memory foam).
