Solution
•
Check the battery charge status indicators for your hearing aids.
See "Charge Case Lights Explained."
•
Power on the hearing aid.
•
Charge the hearing aids if required.
•
IQbuds 2 PRO hearing aids are designed to work with iOS
(iOS version 10 or greater) or Android (Android version 5
or later) devices .
•
Ensure the hearing aids are paired successfully with your
mobile device. Re-pair the hearing aids if required.
•
Turn the Bluetooth feature off and then on.
•
Delete your hearing aid from the Bluetooth list on your iOS
or Android device and pair the hearing aids with the cell
phone again.
•
Move your device closer to the hearing aid and away from
any interference or obstructions.
•
If Bluetooth communication is disrupted when in close
proximity to a Wi-Fi device or other 2.4 GHz ISM band
emitter, move at least 10 feet (~3 meters) away from any
potential interfering source to recover a solid connection.

Pair a different iOS or Android device.

Make sure you are using the correct device paired to
your hearing aids.
•
Move your iOS or Android device closer to the hearing aids
and away from any interference or obstruction.

Use a different music source.
•
Up to 4 devices can be paired with the hearing aids and listed in
memory, however the hearing aids can only connect to one device
can connect at a time.
•
Ensure the connected iOS or Android device is within range
of the hearing aid (32 feet or 10 meters).
