SINC controls in your hearing aids adjust the level of speech you hear versus background noise in
your environment. SINC is very helpful in noisy or crowded environments by suppressing and
reducing background noise from all directions.
The switch in the middle of the circular Dial controls SINC ON/OFF.

How to Adjust SINC

Rotate the Active Dot to the right on the circular Dial to reduce background noise and focus on
speech. This screen displays a message to confirm whether speech or ambience (background noise) is
increasing.
Move Active Dot to the Right to Clarify Move Active Dot to the Left to Increase
Speech and Reduce Background Noise Background Noise levels.
