Bluetooth Setup

In the IQbuds app, after the pairing screen you are presented with different options based on the
software version in your phone.

iPhones Running iOS 13 or Higher

iPhones running iOS 13 and above will allow you to pair in the app and a popup message in the
IQbuds app asking you to pair will be displayed:
Note: All IQbuds 2 PRO hearing aids have a unique 3 letter/number identifying code when pairing.
Tap "Pair" to proceed through the steps in the app and complete pairing.

iPhones Running Software Lower than iOS 13

If the iPhone uses a software version lower than iOS 13, you will be asked to leave the app, go to your
phone's Bluetooth settings, and connect to your IQbuds 2 PRO hearing aids as follows:
If you are unsure of your phone software version go to Settings > General > About > Software
Version to view the version number.

Ensure Bluetooth is ON in the iPhone
Please go to Bluetooth settings and make sure Bluetooth is on.
Find the name that matches the IQbuds 2 PRO hearing aids as
shown (XXX represents a unique identifying code).
Once the IQbuds 2 PRO hearing aids have connected, return to
the app to continue setup.
When back in the app the Bluetooth pairing popup message is
displayed, then tap "Pair".
