App Setup and Bluetooth Pairing

1. Download Nuheara's IQbuds app from the iOS App store or
from Google Play to begin the setup process.
2. All setup instructions will be in the app to guide you.

Tap Touch Controls

The highlighted green surfaces are the Tap Sensors. You can control
different features with tap gestures.
Please Note: Tap touch is disabled when the hearing aids are first
removed from the Charge Case until fitted into your ear. The hearing
aids remain in "World Off" mode and touch sensors are disabled for
approximately 5 seconds to prevent feedback occurring.

Pairing Mode

Pairing is required to connect your hearing aids to your phone (or
another Bluetooth device). To activate pairing mode, hold both Tap
Sensors for about 5 seconds and wait until you hear "Pairing".
This will allow your phone to discover the hearing aids in Bluetooth
settings and in the app.
Please Note:
1. Up to 4 devices can be paired with the hearing aids and
stored in the hearing aid's memory, however you can only
connect the hearing aids to one device at a time.
2. In order to change which device you are connected to, activate Pairing Mode by holding both
Tap Touch Sensors for 5 seconds until Pairing is Heard. On your other device, now navigate
to the Bluetooth settings and search for the IQbuds2PRO_XXX friendly name and connect to
it.
3. The Bluetooth range of the hearing aids is approximately 32 feet (10 meters) when there is no
interference.
