Daily Cleaning Tasks
Whenever engaging in cleaning routines, make sure to follow
McDonald's sanitation policies, including expectations to wash
hands and to use clean water and approved food grade sanitizer.
Daily:
Using a clean sanitized towel and approved food grade
sanitizer, wipe down all exterior surfaces, including:
Touch screen

Splash plate

Beverage lever

ADA interface and front/side panels

Clean and sanitize nozzle tip and

injector ring (See How to Remove/
Clean/Replace Nozzle Tip on page 15).
NOTE:
Once fi nished with cleaning tasks, clean tools
and pour remaining sanitizer down the drain trough.
