Filter cleaning
If the filters are clogged with dust, the air can only circulate insufficiently and the
efficiency of the device decreases significantly. If you use the unit for a long period
of time, we recommend that you clean the filters every two weeks. 1.
1. Pull the filters out of the unit as shown.
2. Clean the filters in 40 °C warm water with a little neutral detergent. Allow
them to dry in a shady place.
3. Push the filters back into the unit.
4. Order of filter removal: first remove filter 2 from the device, then filter 1. After
cleaning, install filter 1 first, then filter 2.
Stowing the device after the end of the season
If you will not be using the unit for an extended period of time, follow the steps
below:
• Drain the water from the tank. This is easiest if you lean the unit back slightly.
Then turn on the fan mode and press SPEED for 5 seconds to start the internal
fan. Allow the unit to run for 2-3 hours. During this time, the device can dry
from the inside.
• After that, turn off the unit and unplug it from the power outlet.
• Wind up the cable at the back and fasten the plug.
• Remove the exhaust hose and stow it away.
• Pull a plastic bag over the unit and stow it in a dry place.
• Take the batteries out of the remote control and store them in a safe place.
