b. Hide:
UPSCOM continues connected to the system but the screen shrinks
into the window desktop task row, and can be recovered to full size by clicking
the UPSCOM icon in the desktop task row.
c. Exit:
Stops the communication and exits the program.
3. Help
Provides information about UPSCOM and the software version data.
Communication specification:
1. RS-232, baud rate = 2400bps, 8 bit data, no parity bit,1 stop bit.
2. A RS-485 to RS-232 adapter is required for hookup to the unit (for long
distance communication). Optional USB connection modules (parallel port to
computer), are also available.
