The charger is also a power tool. Follow sa-
fety warnings and instructions. Only char-
ge the battery with the original charger.

INTENDED USE

The device is for fusion cutting of synthe-
tic materials and cutting to length synthetic
cords, ropes, tapes, belts and panels of fabric.
No power cables or foreign objects may be
embedded in the workpiece. The materials
must be approved by the manufacturer for hot
cutting, have an ignition temperature below
300 °C (572 °F) and be free from contaminati-
on (such as adhesives).
Cutting PVC coated materials and spontane-
ously inflammable, highly flammable, or po-
tentially explosive or other materials that are
hazardous to health is not permitted.
Polyurethane (PUR / PU foam) and synthetic
resins are not suitable for hot cutting.
Not suitable for use in building insulation and
insulation with rigid foam.
ASSEMBLY
Disconnect the device from the power source, read and
follow all safety instructions before assembly. Failure to
observe these instructions could result in electric shocks,
fires, injuries and/or damage.

INSTALLING THE APPLICATION TOOLS

1.
Unscrew the screws C-1 with the key. Insert
the application tool under the rectangular
pressure plate until it is snug.
2.
The screws C-1 must be tightened enough
to establish the electrical connection. Do
not overtighten the screws!

OPERATION

Read and follow all safety instructions before starting ope-
ration. Failure to observe these instructions could result in
electric shocks, fires, injuries and/or damage.
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
1.
Set the temperature with the temperature
controller and press the on/off switch (1).
The blade reaches operating temperature
within seconds.
2.
Push the blade in the direction of the ma-
terial - material is cut. Switch off (release)
the on/off switch (1) after each cut.
The mains powered rope cutter is operated
in "intermittent operation". Note the on and
off times: After 12 seconds of operati-
on, the device must be switched off
for 48 seconds
