This port is meant for Apple
CarPlay, Android Auto, and
USB ash drives.
For all phones the USB
power source needs to
be a 2A source. This will
require a separate USB
power source to be installed
in the vehicle.
When using the DVE-5300 with
the iLX-F309 only the remote can
be used to control the DVD player.
