    Follow the on-screen instructions or the steps below to start up your display and complete the initial setup. 1. Turn on the display. Wait for the display to boot up with the BenQ screen. This may take a moment.
  • Page 27 Basic operations Account Information Three types of accounts are provided: Guest, Admin, and Multiple users. Guest It's for public use under Guest account. You are able to change the headshot, wallpaper, volume and brightness. Admin Log in as Admin. Under Personal settings, you can change the headshot, wallpaper, and password.

As an administrator to create a new account for regular users, go to BenQ Service website: https://ams.benq.com. Suggested browsers are Chrome, Firefox. 2. Log in and choose IAM.

    • If you are connecting to a secured wireless network, enter the password for the wireless network access when prompted and tap Connect. • For wireless connection, BenQ shipment does not include wireless dongles, therefore, you may purchase it separately via the local dealer.

    Basic operations 1. Go to System > About > System updates. 2. If there is an update available, the system will begin updating. • Software update process may take some time to complete. • During the update process, do not turn off the device or disconnect the Internet connection. Any interruptions during the software update process may permanently damage your display.

The touch screen can emulate basic mouse functions and supports multi-touch functions for Windows 10/ 8/7/XP, Mac OS 10.11~10.14, Chrome OS 58, and Android.
