    Basic operations Downloading software BenQ may periodically release software updates that may add functions or applications associated with your display. To check if there is a software update available for your device or to obtain the software license key, please visit https://business- display.benq.com/en/findproduct/signage/software/partner-software/download.html.

A list of available networks will show on the screen. 3. Touch the network’s name to connect to the network. The password is needed if it is your first time to use the network.

    • If you are connecting to a secured wireless network, enter the password for the wireless network access when prompted and tap Connect. • For wireless connection, BenQ shipment does not include wireless dongles, therefore, you may purchase it separately via the local dealer.

The touch screen can emulate basic mouse functions and supports multi-touch functions for Windows 10/ 8/7/XP, Mac OS 10.11~10.14, Chrome OS 58, and Android.
