RECTION ADJUSTMENT
Fan speed
Press
to select fan speed. Each press changes
fan speed in the f oll owing order:
(AUTO)
(Quiet)
(Low)
• Two short beeps are heard from the indoor unit when set to AUTO.
• Use higher fan speed to cool t he room more powerfully. It is recom-
mended to lower the fan speed once the room is cool.
• Use lower fan speed for quiet operation.
• Use lower fan speed to further lower the outlet temperature and hu-
midit y.
Up-down Airflow direction

to select airfl ow direction. Each press
changes airfl ow direction in the following order:
(AUTO)

(AUTO).........The vane is set to the most efficient airflow direction. :horizontal
position.
(Manual) .......Fo r efficient ai r conditioning, select the up per position for
COOL/DRY, and the lower position for FA N. If t he lower posi-
tion is selected during COOL/ DRY, the vane automatically
mo ves to the upward position after 0.5 to 1 hour to prevent
any condensation from dripping.
(Swing) .........Th e vane moves up and down intermittently.

utes, or when t he MODE, OFF/ON, FAN, or SLEEP button is pressed.
