RROR CODE DISPLAY MODE
Error code can be checked on the display of remote
controller while the upper operation indicator lamp
on the indoor unit is blinking.
Fo llow the procedure b el ow to check the error code.
An example of error code (00)

Error code display
• The remote controller is powered OFF.
• Get close t o the f ront of the indoor unit (within 2 m) , point the remo te
contr oller at the rec eiving section of indoor unit, and keep pressing the
CHE CK with a fine-tipped obj ect until the display of remote controller
turns off.
• K eep point ing the remote controller at the receiving section of indoor
unit, until the error code (2 digits) appears on the display after the
indoor unit beeps.

Error code check
• If "--" a ppears on the display, it mean s the remote contr oller has not
recei ved the si gnal fr om the indoor unit. Press any bu tton to cancel the
error code display mode. Get closer to the indoor unit, and try again.
If the remote controller still can not receive it, please turn off the noise
source (fl uorescent lamp, TV etc.).
• "00" appears on the display when there is no error.
• When an error code (other than "00") app ears on the display, the air
conditioner needs to be inspected and repa ired. Stop using the air
conditioner, turn off the breaker and contact your dealer.
Note:
• Any button can cancel the error cod e display mode of the remote controller.
• Proper er ror code may not appear if the er ror code is checked while the opera-
tion indicator lamp is not blinking.
