OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the thermostat unit with the heating element (3) from the grill stand in the following way. Lift the holders
from the openings and pull out the unit (3) until it is completely released from the guide grooves on the grill stand.
2. The grill can be used with or without the collection tray (2). During use without the collection tray, fill the grill bowl
(1) with cold water up to the "MAX" mark on the level gauge. The water level will decrease during grilling. Add water
regularly to ensure the level never falls below the "MIN" mark. Make sure the water never comes into contact with the
heating element (3).
3. During use with the collection tray (2), fill the collection tray with cold water (not up to the brim, because water

4. Connect the heating element (3) according to the assembly instructions.
5. Put the deep fryer on a level and steady surface. Uncoil the whole supply cable. Make sure it does not touch any close
sources of heat.
6. Set the temperature controller to the minimum and connect the fryer to the mains.
7. When grilling food which does not contain fat, we recommend that you grease the grilling grid with a thin layer of oil
or other fat.
8. Select the required temperature according to the food. Information values are provided in the table below.
The red heating indicator (11) will illuminate. Once it turns off, the grilling surface has reached the preset temperature.
9. Put the food on the grilling surface. The dripping bowl will collect juices and fat.
10. Set the temperature controller (12) to the minimum after grilling. If you set it to position 1, the food will be kept
