Attaching D-Ring
to snatch block
anchor points and three D-Rings to
perform a triple line pull. Using the
same techniques as the double line
pull, find a heavy duty mounting
location on your vehicle (Frame
mounted attachment point) for the
first snatch block and the D-Ring at-
tachment. Keep a 90 degree angle be-
tween the winch and run the winch
line to the first anchor-point and
through the second snatch block
mounted to the anchor point secured
with a tree trunk protector or choker
chain with the use of a D-Ring. Secure
the cable back to the vehicle and put
the winch line through the first
snatch block. Run the winch line to
the second anchor point and secure to
the anchor point with a tree trunk
protector or choker chain with the use
of a D-Ring.
After rigging, review steps 12 through
16 for proper winching technique.
