Hydraulic fluid level low.
Hydraulic fluid viscosity too heavy.

Tool components worn or damaged.
Power source speed excessive.
Power source components not adjusted
correctly.
Hydraulic fluid level low.
Hydraulic fluid viscosity too light.
Hydraulic fluid dirty.
Tool control valve stuck in partial
power-ON position.
Power source speed excessive.
Dirt, contaminants, etc., in components.
Worn or damaged O-rings or gaskets.
Tool components worn or damaged.

POSSIBLE REMEDY
Check fluid level. Fill to FULL mark.
Check system for leaks.
Use fluid viscosity recommended.
See Recommended Hydraulic Fluids.
Tighten component hardware.
Disassemble tool. Clean components.
Disassemble tool. Replace worn or
damaged components.
Refer to power source manual for
recommended power source speed.
Refer to power source operator's
manual for proper adjustment of
