Situation
No indication, i.e.,
no green LED
and buzzer.
Multiple indications
on second scan.
Tracing circuit
connected to light
fixture.

Relative Humidity (non-condensing): 80% maximum for temperatures up to
31 °C (88 °F), decreasing linearly to 50% maximum at 40 °C (104 °F)

Indoor use only.

Temperature: –29 °C to 66 °C (–20 °F to 150 °F)

Remove battery from receiver.
Snap the transmitter and receiver together to store.

Probable Causes
The breaker for that
circuit is not in the
box being scanned.
The first scan was
performed too
quickly.
Solutions
Scan the box that supplies that
circuit.
Scan again, moving the receiver
slowly. Be sure to keep the nose
of the receiver close to the
breaker and maintain proper
orientation.
Use an outlet adapter. Screw the
adapter into the socket, and then
plug the transmitter into it.
Or plug an extension cord into the
adapter, and then plug the
transmitter into the extension cord.
