The default value is Enabled.
Enabled For 50 - 60ns EDO DRAM Timing.
Disabled For slow speed DRAM Timing.
RAS Pulse width Refresh
The default value is 4T
4T Set RAS Pulse width Refresh to 4T.
5T Set RAS Pulse width Refresh to 5T.
6T Set RAS Pulse width Refresh to 6T.
7T Set RAS Pulse width Refresh to 7T.
