BIOS will turn off V/H-SYNC when gets into Green mode for Green
monitor power saving.
BIOS will only black monitor when gets into Green mode.
BIOS will use DPMS Standard to control VGA card. (The Green
type VGA card will turn off V/H-SYNC automatically.)
(Default value)
Set Suspend type is stop grant. (Default value)
Set Suspend type is Power on Suspend.
