Gas burner
The heat coming just from below
allows you to complete the cooking

affecting their browning. Perfect for

In combination with the gas burners,
the fan distributes the heat quickly

and evenly. This function is perfect
for all cooking operations using a

The rotisserie works constantly
turning the food while the fan

The rotisserie turns the food

Use
Grill
The heat coming from the grill
element gives perfect grilling results
above all for thin and medium
thickness meat and in combination
with the rotisserie (where present)
gives the food an even browning at
the end of cooking. Perfect for
sausages, ribs and bacon. This
function enables large quantities of
food, particularly meat, to be grilled
evenly.
Grill + fan
The air produced by the fan
reduces the fierce heat generated
