Troubleshooting

If you experience a problem with your Acer projector, refer to the following
troubleshooting guide. If the problem persists, please contact your local reseller
or service center.

Solution
If possible, turn off the projector, then unplug
the power cord and wait at least 30 seconds
before reconnecting power.
When the lamp reaches the end of its useful life,
it will burn out and may make a loud popping
sound. If this happens, the projector will not turn
on until the lamp module has been replaced. To
replace the lamp, follow the procedures in the
Replacing the Lamp section of your projector's
manual.
Please refer to the troubleshooting section in
your projector's manual.
Please make sure the USB device is in good
condition and properly inserted.
Remember that the projectors do not support
file formats other than FAT16/32.
USB port does not support USB hub function and
which power consumption is over 500mA.
Files that require a CODEC that is not supported
won't be shown in the file list. Please check the
list of media formats supported.
