To remove difficult spots or stains, use standard household cleaners and a soft bristle brush. To loosen heavy, dried-on soil or excreta, you may first need to saturate the spot.

Failure to do so could result in personal injury or equipment damage. CAUTION: Do not use silicone-based lubricants. Equipment damage could occur. Oilite® bearings and bushings are utilized in several places on the system. By retaining oil, the pores give a self-lubricating quality to the bearings and bushings.

    Preventive Maintenance (Capital Products Only) Chapter 6: General Procedures Preventive Maintenance (Capital Products Only) WARNING: Only facility-authorized personnel should service the TotalCare® Bariatric Bed. Servicing performed by unauthorized personnel could result in personal injury or equipment damage. The TotalCare® Bariatric Bed requires an effective maintenance program. We recommend that you perform semi-annual preventive maintenance (PM) and testing for Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
