Set Up Your Label Printer

Insert the Ribbon Cassette or Tape Cassette

Place your fingers on the Tape Exit Slot,
as shown.

Open the Cassette Cover by pulling the Tape
Exit Slot to the left.

Insert the Ribbon/Tape Cassette following the
drawing marked inside the case. Confirm that
the tip of the ribbon/tape is pointed at the Tape
Exit Slot.
• After the ribbon/tape passes under the Tape
Guide, pull the tip to remove any slack in the
ribbon/tape.
• Make sure the ribbon/tape is not caught in the
unit when inserting or removing the Tape
Cassette.

Press the Ribbon/Tape Cassette into the
label printer until it locks into place and close
the Cassette Cover.
