1. Lift liner into opening and secure to bottom of custom hood using (5) #8 x 1/2"
stainless steel screws. FIG. 2.
WARNING: Make sure the surface you are securing the liner to is capable of holding the
weight of AK90. Failure to do so may cause personal injury or damage to cooking surface
or counter. Wood blocking may need to be added to custom hood base if additional
support is needed.

2. Remove fi lm from double-sided tape on the sides of front panel. FIG. 3-1
3. Lift front panel up and slide into the nose of the custom hood base. The tape
will temporarily hold it in place and help keep the bottom fl ange of the front panel
fl ush with the liner bottom fl ange. FIG. 3-2
4. Secure front panel to interior front of custom hood by using (3) #8 x 1/2" screws.

5. Return to Page 10, Step 5 to complete installation.
