XEROX MRP FAMILY PCL 5 AND POSTSCRIPT PRINTER LANGUAGE REFERENCE
The Printer Language Reference is intended as an aid to
programmers using PostScript Page Description Language (PDL)
or Hewlett-Packard (HP) Printer Control Language (PCL) 5 to
write programs for a laser printer.
This reference does not cover all aspects of HP PCL or PostScript
PDL.
Before using this manual, become familiar with its contents and
conventions.
The following text and procedure conventions are used
throughout this guide.

Italics are used for document and library names (for example, the
Xerox MRP Family 4220/MRP, 4230/MRP Operator Guide).
CAUTION: Cautions are associated with equipment safety.
WARNING: Warnings are associated with the safety of people.

These use downstyle capitalization (for example, Configuration
