When the filter lamp has lighted, first clean the filter, and then press the FILTER button to turn off the filter lamp.     Receiver The signal receivers with the exception of the separately installed signal receiver are mounted on the indoor units. Then set it to “ON.” If a heat pump is used, the air conditioner initiates a cooling operation when its operation is started up at a room temperature of 24°C or above or it initiates a heating operation when its operation is started up at a room temperature below 24°C.

The airflow direction cannot be set using the remote control unit for any unit which is not listed below. 4-way type (CAFM), 2-way type (CAFM2V), 1-way type (CAFM1VS), ceiling mounted type (SPAFM) and wall mounted type (MAFM).
