To maintain high print quality, clean the following parts and units regularly.

Exposure Glass

Clean the exposure glass with a
damp cloth and wipe it with a dry
cloth.
If you do not clean the exposure
glass, marks on the glass will be
printed.

Platen Cover

Clean the platen cover with a
damp cloth and wipe it with a dry
cloth.
If you do not clean the platen cover,
marks on the cover will be printed.
