Faults
Water is leaking from the
machine.

Cause/remedy
The drain pump is blocked. Clean the drain pump. ~ Page 38

The drain hose/drain pipe is blocked. Clean the drain hose at the siphon.

Switch off the appliance, wait for 5 seconds and then switch it back on. If this indica-
tor/symbol/code appears again, call our after-sales service. ~ Page 45
Cause/remedy
Attach the drain hose correctly or replace it.
■
Tighten the threaded connection on the supply hose.
■
Not a fault – the load is automatically detected after the programme has started
in order to calculate the optimum amount of water for washing. This process
can take up to two minutes and no water is added during this time.

Is the supply hose kinked or trapped?

The safety function is active.

Note:
For safety reasons, the door remains locked when the water level or
