    Before You Start Thank you for purchasing this new Upright Bike! This quality product you have chosen was designed to meet your needs for cardiovascular exercise. Before you start, please read the Owner's Manual and become familiar with the operation of your new unit. Remember to take the time to perform the stretching exercises provided to avoid injury.

    Assembly Instruction REMOVE ALL SECURITY TAPE AND WRAPPING BEFORE BEGINNING FIGURE 1 Attach Foot Tubes (4) to Main Frame (1) using : Qty 4 – (19) Hex Head Screw Make sure that the Foot Tubes (4) with Transport Wheels (13) and Foot Cap (18) are assembled to the front and rear of the Main Frame (1) respectively.
  • Page 6 Assembly Instruction FIGURE 2 Turn Locking Knob (5) counterclockwise to loosen , then pull it backward and hold on ,at the same time slide the Seat Post (60) into Main Frame (1) . Last release the Locking Knob(5) to spring into the hole of Seat Post(60) and secure by turning it clockwise tightly. * IMPORTANT Locking Knob (5) must be locked tightly into hole in Seat Post (60) before you sit on the seat.
  • Page 7 Assembly Instruction FIGURE 3 Step 1: Thread the Right Pedal (31) into the hole of Right Crank(23). Secure in place by turning it clockwise to tighten. Note: Right Pedal (31) is marked with an “R”. Step 2: Thread the Left Pedal (30) into the hole of Left Crank(22). Secure in place by turning it counter-clockwise to tighten.

Step 2 : Connect the Extension Wire(58) in the console tube to the Gear Box Wire (8) in the main frame . Step 3 : Then slide the Console Tube (2) onto the Main Frame Assembly (1) and secure together by Six Screws (55) and Six Washers (56)

Secure Console (15) to Console Tube(2) using four Screws (39). Note: The four Screws(39) will already be installed into the back of Console (15) when you remove it from the box.

    Console Instruction The things you should know before exercise 1. Input Power Plug in the adaptor to the equipment then the computer will produce a beep sound and turn on the computer at the Manual mode. B. Program select and setting value 1.

Users can exercise with different level of loading in different intervals as the profiles show. Users may exercise in any desirous of resistance level (Adjusting by UP/DOWN keys during the workout) with a period of time or a number of calories or a certain distance.

The American Heart Association (AHA) defines this target as 60%-75% percent of your maximum heart rate. Your maximum heart rate may be roughly calculated by subtracting your age from 220.
