  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY To make assembly of the home trainer as easy as possible we have pre-assembled the most important parts. Before you assemble the device you should carefully read these assembly instructions and then proceed step-by-step as described. Assembly Instructions The base has been pre-assembled and diagrams have been included to make the assembly of the Basic Home Trainer simpler.

Mounting the handlebar and computer Fix the handlebar (3) through the front plastic handlebar cover (15) onto the handlebar column (12) with the T-bolt (16), washer (17) and spring washer (18) through the bushing (19). Insert the computer (5) into the computer bracket then fix with two screws (9) and plug the head of upper computer cable (8) and the hand-pulse cable (14) into the back of the computer(5).Then fix the front and rear plastic handlebar cover with two M5 screw (71) and two M3 screw (64).
  • Page 9 5. Mounting the pedal The pedals (38/58) are marked “R” (right) and “L” (left). Carefully tighten the “L” pedal into the left arm of the crank (58) anti-clockwise. Carefully tighten the “R” pedal into the right arm of the crank (38) clockwise. 6.

    Maintenance 1. Regularly check all component parts of the bike and tighten them. 2. To clean the bike, use only mild soapsuds or a generally mild and not abrasive detergent. 3. Always protect the computer from damages. 4. Be sure to always keep liquids away from the computer, adapter and from the plug as well as from the bike at all times.
