MOTOTEC CRUISER 48V 350W LITHIUM ELECTRIC SCOOTER ASSEMBLING THE SCOOTER Check all parts for each section before starting the installation. Installing the Front Wheel. Parts: • Wheel • Axle • 2 – Spacer bushings • 2 – Nuts Insert the axle through the scooter frame and then the bushing . A bushing goes on each side of the wheel as a spacer between the wheel and the scooter frame.

Attaching the Front Fender and Light. Parts: • Fender Screw, • Light • Match the fender hole with scooter holes as shown in the photos. Insert the bolt from the front of the scooter, through the light bracket then the fender bracket and through the scooter frame.

Installing the Seat with Rear Seat Light Parts: • Seat (with rear light) Seat Post • Place the seat on the post and tighten the seats screw so the seat doesn’t turn on the post. Do not insert seat post in scooter post until rear basket has been installed. There is a button on the back of the seat for light.

Installing the Rear Fender. Parts: • Fender 1 – Screw to attach fender to scooter frame • 2 – Screws to attach Holder to Fender • • Holder (mounting bracket) • Gasket. Attach the holder to the fender with the bracket using the two ‘like’ screws. Attach the Fender to the Scooter Frame with a single screw and nut, as shown in the photo.

Installing the Rear Basket Shelf and Seat with Post Parts: Rear Basket • • Basket Shelf with latch (lock) and 4 Bolts and nuts • 2 – Mounting plate (spacer between basket and Basket Shelf) 2 – Side Bars with bolts and nuts •...

Basket Shelf Latch (lock) Tighten all the bolts and nuts to secure the Rear Fender, the Rear Basket, the Support Rods and Side Bars to the Basket Shelf and the scooter frame as shown in the photo. Insert the Seat and Post in the scooter post and adjust to the desired height, tighten seat post.
