Safety with children
Do not leave children unattended: Children should not be alone or
unsupervised in the area where the appliance is installed. Do not al-
low them to sit or stand on the appliance.
Children should be supervised in the vicinity of the Tepan Yaki.
Never allow children to play with the Tepan Yaki.
The Tepan Yaki gets hot when in use and remains hot for quite a
while after being switched off. Keep children well away from the
Tepan Yaki until it has cooled down and there is no danger of burn-
ing.
Danger of burning. Do not store anything which might arouse a
child's interest in storage areas above or behind the Tepan Yaki. Oth-
erwise they could be tempted to climb onto the Tepan Yaki.
Danger of suffocation. While playing, children may become entan-
gled in packaging material (such as plastic wrapping) or pull it over
their head, presenting the risk of suffocation. Keep packaging mate-
rial away from children.
