5. Remove the oil drain screw (5) from the top of the
eccentric vibration unit, tip the eccentric vibration
unit housing (4) and drain the oil into a collection
pan. Check the oil for any swarf, in order to avoid
future problems.
6. Return the eccentric vibration unit housing (4) to
an upright position.
7. Re-fill the eccentric vibration unit housing (4) with
oil recommended for eccentric vibration units (fill
the HP 1400 S with 0.06l, fill the HP 1900 S with
0.08l + HP 2300 S with 0.1l)
Recommended oil for the eccentric vibration
unit: SAE 10W-30 or 10W-40
CAUTION! Do not smoke or work near open fire.

Maintenance schedule
1 Daily before starting work
Check the fuel
Check the motor oil
Check the fuel lines
Check the air filter
Retighten the bolts
2 After 20 operating hours
Check the vee-belt
First change of motor oil
3 After 50 operating hours
Clean the air filter; remove it in case of need
Check the exhaust assembly
4 After 100 operating hours
Check the spark plug and clean it
Further oil changes
5 After 200 operating hours
Change the oil in the eccentric vibration unit
housing
Service information

are subject to normal or natural wear and that the fol-
lowing parts are therefore also required for use as
consumables.
Wear parts* spark plug, oil, V-belt, Rubber pad, air
filter
* Not necessarily included in the scope of delivery!

12. Disposal and recycling

The equipment is supplied in packaging to
prevent it from being damaged in transit. The
raw materials in this packaging can be re-
used or recycled. The equipment and its ac-
cessories are made of various types of
material, such as metal and plastic. Defec-
tive components must be disposed of as special
waste. Ask your dealer or your local council.
