    Installation Installing on Windows • Unzip the H9000 Preset Tool.exe from the zip file into a suitable location on your hard drive. • This program relies on gzip being installed on your system and available from all command prompt location.

  • Page 5 Getting Started • • Press Edit to change the Path. • Press New to add a new line...
  • Page 6 Getting Started • • Type the path to gzip into the new line. If you have installed gzip to the default location, it should look like the image below.
  • Page 7 Press OK and close the remaining windows. Installing on OSX • Unzip the H9000 Preset Tool.app from the zip file into a suitable location on your hard drive. • Gzip is build into OSX so no additional steps are required...

  • Page 8: Using The Program

    • If the algorithm is already installed in the H9000 make a note of the number of the algorithm. User algorithms start at location 10100. The first 3 numerals (in this case 101) represent the algorithm Bank. The last 2 numerals (in this case 00) represent the algorithm number within this bank.
  • Page 9 Press Read Info, to read information from the presets. The information will be presented in the large text box. • Check that the Algorithm Name matches the Algorithm name on the H9000. The original preset location will be shown. In the image above, the original location of the algorithm is 10117.
  • Page 10 Algorithm Number for all of the presets in the directory. Once this is finished an information box will tell you when it is complete and the location of the new presets. Copy these onto your USB drive to install on your H9000, or open them with Emote for installation on your H9000.
