- Page 3 INTRODUCTION The C600ip-s audio codec has been designed for the broadcast of high quality audio over digital networks, such as IP, dedicated digital lines, optical fibre networks, digital microwave links and satellite links. To achieve an efficient utilisation of the available network data bandwidth, the C600ip-s uses apt-X100 4:1 fixed audio compression system to provide full duplex, point-to-point audio transmission.

INSTALLATION All Systembase C600ip series codecs are designed to fit a standard 19” rack. Each unit measures 44.45mm high (1U).
