In addition, you can find below a list of most common question you
may have about your product.
Q: Why does the humidifier not work or stops working suddenly?
A: Check the water tank. If it is full and/or not well-installed, empty it
and/or install it correctly.
Another cause for it might be an excessively high or low ambient
temperature. If the temperature is higher than 32ºC or lower than
5ºC, the unit might experience troubles to work correctly. The
operation temperature range for the unit is between 5ºC and 32ºC,
being the optimal between 16ºC and 32ºC. Regarding relative
humidity, the optimal operation range is between 30% and 80%.
Q: Why is the air outlet getting warm?
A: Please note this is not a fault. When the unit condenses the air in
the room, water flows and falls into the tank, generating a warm
inner air flow. This reduces the energy consumption and
accelerates the dehumidification process.
Q: Why does the dehumidifier drain less water in winter?
A: In winter, although temperatures are lower, the air is dryer than in
summer. Please note this is not a product's fault.
Q: The display shows a code on it. What this code means?
To inform on the functioning of the unit or alert on possible
disfunctions, the following codes could be displayed on the unit
display screen:
gets
Operation temperature is
too low, and the unit is on
defrost.
The unit counts with a
defrosting function. Once
it is completed, it will
work properly again.
