Fields of Application

The ABB Powernet EIB device system is configured similarly
to that of the ABB Installation Bus EIB, however, signal
transmission is via the 230 V supply system instead of the
2-core bus line.
The built-in device 6951 EB-500 is installed in conventional
lamps. Supplementary ON and OFF switching is possible
via conventional pushbutton switches (e.g., 2020 US).
Other supplementary input fuctions can be selected via the
software (see Technical Manual).
