Device cannot be stopped (Windows 2000 only)
If you click Stop in the Unplug or Eject Hardware dialog box and the message appears
"The device 'xxx' cannot be stopped right now," it usually indicates that you have not

closed all applications and/or files on your DataTraveler Secure before trying to remove it.
To resolve this, close the MyTraveler application and try again after a few seconds. If the
message appears again, close all applications and/or file(s) prior to removing your

DataTraveler Secure.
