Troubleshooting
The machine was started without setting of automatic stitch

Do not operate the machine during working of the bobbin

Input the correct password after pressing the reset key (

Turn "OFF/ON" the power.
After removing an obstacle, press the reset key
press the start switch.

Check the air compressor. Check the origin of air supply.
Perform operation of power resume after turning ON the
power.
Check the encoder or encoder signal lines.
Check the main shaft driver for excitation.
Check the motor or motor belt.
Check the encoder or encoder signal lines.
Turn "OFF/ON" the power. Or switch from sleep mode to
normal mode (each driver setting will be reset). When it is
not possible to recover from the trouble, replace the card.
• Turn "OFF/ON" the power.
• Check connection of motor of each frame driver and
sensor wire.
• Replace the corresponding frame driver.
• Replace the corresponding frame motor.
Operate the bobbin changer manually to check the place
where movements are bad, and adjust it.
Check the color change motor and power supply circuit.
Check the potentiometer (needle position sensor).
Turn "OFF/ON" the power. When the machine is not
restored even after that, replace the head card of the
corresponding CM head.
Adjust the position of the Z-axis of the corresponding CM
head.
Check the connection of the color change motor sensor
(CN7) on the machine card.
Check the position of ATH movable knife.
• Turn "OFF/ON" the power.
• Install the software again.
• Check the connection of CPU card
hub machine card, main shaft driver and/or X/Y-axis
driver.
Check the connector and the connecting terminal.
Replace the limit switch or switch assembly.
Check the CPU card.
Install software.
Turn "OFF/ON" the power. When the machine is not
restored even after that, adjust/replace the tension release
potentiometer.
