The W28A speaker system is equipped with XLR male
(OUT) and female (IN) parallel connected sockets allowing
easier daisy-chaining.
❚ Mixer output ➔ W28A input ('IN' socket)
❚ W28A output ('OUT' socket) ➔ input ('IN' socket) of the
W28A to be connected in parallel).
See 'connectors' and 'connection example' at pages
16 and 17.
2 Main volume (VOL). Adjusts the input levels of the two
built-in power amplifiers to adapt them to the output level
of the mixer.
3 High frequencies level control (H.F.).
NOTE: if you are using a Montarbo mixer (or any mixer
having an output level of 0dB) for optimum performan-
ce it is advisable to set both controls fully clockwise (to
their maximum settings).

4 Mains power switch (I/0).
5 Ground-lift (GND LIFT): this switch allows to lift signal
ground from chassis ground (but the chassis is still
connected to the safety ground).
This allows to lower annoying hums caused by 'ground
loops' when multiple units are connected.
6 Fuse holder with fuse (F 6,3AL).
7 Ground socket. It must be used only when the mains
cable is connected to an ungrounded socket, or if the socket
ground connection is unknown.
8 Power supply socket with PowerCon
guaranteeing a reliable vibration-proof, contact.
