    PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Before you start: Choose a clean, level, spacious assembly area. Avoid hard surfaces that may damage the product Take care when lifting. Product should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use Ensure that you have all required contents for complete assembly Always read the assembly instructions carefully before beginning assembly.

  • Page 5 STEP 1 Attach the handle Attach handle in front of drawers, Take out handle from drawer, use on the drilling hole position by using screwdriver removing the bolts. screwdriver to tighten bolts up. STEP 2 Tighten the headboard leg 2a, 2b to headboard panel 1 with bolts A, spring washer F and flat washer E. 64406...
  • Page 6 STEP 3 Attach side rails 4 to headboard legs 2a, 2b and footboard 3 by interlocking the brackets on the side rail with the bolts C on the headboard/footboard and then push down to lock in place STEP 4 Tighten the slats 7 and middle rail 5 to all support legs 6 with bolts B. Assembly these components out of bed frame.

    ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETE IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the bed is positioned and the support legs are adjusted to touch floor, the slats can then be laid down and secured before putting on the mattress. DO NOT push or pull the bed if there is a need for re-positioning as this may result in broken support legs for the centre rail.
