ADJUSTING THE DISPENSING SPOUT HEIGHT

The height of the dispens-
ing spout may be adjust-
ed to better fi t the size of
the cups that you wish to
use.
Move the dispensing spout up or down with your fi n gers to
adjust its height as shown in the fi gur e.
.
The recommended positions are:
For Latte Macchiato cups.
The dispensing spout can also be removed to allow the
use of large containers.

COFFEE STRENGTH (GAGGIA BREWING SYSTEM)

The Gaggia Brewing System allows you to control the
coff e e crema and fl av our intensity by adjusting the
coff ee br ewing speed.
The speed can be adjusted while brewing coff ee.
Gaggia Brewing System
For small cups;
Two cups can be placed under the dispensing spout to brew
two coff ees at the same time.

- Turn the knob to ( ) to increase the fl ow rate: coff ee becomes lighter and has
less crema.
- Turn the knob to ( ) to decrease the fl ow rate: coff ee becomes stronger and has
more crema.
