1. Allgemeine Angaben Die Kenntnis dieser Gebrauchsanweisung ist für die Bedienung der Patientenstühle AK 2004 bis AK 5004 erforderlich. Bitte machen Sie sich deshalb mit dem Inhalt vertraut und befolgen Sie besonders die Hinweise, die den sicheren Umgang mit dem Gerät betreffen. -

Antriebseinheit. Die Steuerung erfolgt über den Fußschalter oder direkt über die Untersuchungseinheit. AK 2004: Das Oberteil und die Armlehnen sind fest. Optional: Antriebsspannung 120V/ 60Hz AK 3004: Das Oberteil ist drehbar mit Rastung alle 90°. Die Armlehnen sind beweglich. Optional: Fußschalter 2- oder 3- Funktionen;... -

4. Bedienung Die Höhenverstellung erfolgt über den Fußschalter oder die Tastatur der Untersuchungseinheit. Die linke Fußschaltertaste ist für die Auf-, die rechte für die Ab- Bewegung. Option: Der mittlere Taster auf dem Fußschalter dient der automatischen Ab- Bewegung. Ein einmaliger kurzzeitiger Druck auf die Taste bewirkt, dass der Stuhl automatisch die niedrigste Position einnimmt. - Page 7 Das Stuhloberteil ist 360° drehbar (AK 3004 - AK 5004). Je 90°gibt es eine Einrastposition. Stuhl 45° gedreht (nicht eingerastet) Die Fußstütze bewegt sich synchron zur Rückenlehne (nur AK 5004). Die Trittfläche ist einklappbar. Fußstütze eingeklappt Fußstütze ausgeklappt Option: Die Fußstütze ist bei Bedarf leicht an- bzw. abmontierbar (AK 3004 & AK 4004). Die Trittfläche ist einklappbar.
- Page 8 Option: Die Sitzverschiebung erlaubt eine schnelle, patientengerechte Annahme einer optimalen Untersuchungsposition. Der Auslösehebel hierfür befindet sich links (von der Arztseite aus gesehen) der Sitzfläche (AK 3004 - AK 5004). Es stehen drei rastbare Positionen zur Wahl. Bei elektromotorischer Ausführung erfolgt die Steuerung über 5- Funktionen- Fußschalter (AK 3004 - AK 5004).

2. Product description The AK 2004- 5004patient chairs features an infinitely variable height adjustable seat, driven by an encapsulated, maintenance free electric motor and gear box unit. It is suitable for patient examinations. Function control by either a footswitch or directly through electronic control board of the examination equipment. -

4. Operation Chair height adjustment controlled by either a footswitch or the control buttons on the examination unit. Foot switch; left button- chair up, right button- chair down. Option: The middle button is for full stop Down. A short tap on the button moves the chair to the lowest position. - Page 17 The seat rotates 360° (AK 3004 - AK 5004). It locks every 90°. Chair 45° (not locked) The footrest is synchronized with the backrest (only AK 5004). The footrest can be fold away. Footrest Up Footrest Down Option: The footrest is attachable (AK 3004 & AK 4004). - Page 18 Option: The seat movement unlocks by pressing the lever on the left side (doctors view) (AK 3004 - AK 5004). 3 Positions are available to lock the seat. The electrical seat movement is controlled by the 5-function-foot switch (AK 3004 - AK 5004). Option: The moving base plate allows to move the chair whilst unused.

Schülke&Mayr. o Do not attempt to sterilize an AK 2004-AK 5004 o Clean only the external surfaces of the equipment using a damp cloth. In case of heavy stains do not use abrasive or aggressive materials other than common cleansers or detergents.
