    CHARGING MODES AND DESCRIPTION Charging mode 3B In charging mode 3B, a mobile AC charging cable is required (Jumper Cable), which has a connector at both ends. One end, the vehicle charging plug, is inserted into the inlet of the vehicle. The other end of the charging cable, the infrastructure charging connector, is inserted into the charging socket of the charging station.
